I wrote few times about tubeless or about tyres which I use in tubeless system – for example Schwalbe X-One on CX rides, Schwalbe Pro One on road (road tubeless), and Panaracer Gravelking SK as gravel allround tyres. After more than I year, I decided to stop this madness and go back to inner tubes. Why? Because tubeless isn’t perfect, and on real, amateur usage, can be very problematic. Read more to see why.

Panaracer Gravelking SK 35mm – review
I use only one bike for everything and it causes some issues – different conditions required different tires. Last winter I wrote about Schwalbe X-One: completely disappointing in Performance version and very nice in Evo. These tires was great, but for CX-usage: on light mud, on wet grass etc. Not on tarmac and gravel, because of noticeable changes in rolling resistance. In the spring I decided to change them to something else, something for dry conditions and gravel. Now, after many kilometers and many rides, I can review Panaracer Gravelking SK’s.
Endomondo vs Strava
During riding a bike, running or other activities you probably register them – to get know your own records, to know route, or just to count kilometers, because people like numbers :) The easiest way is to use phone (because each of us have one) and one of many possible applications. The most common choice is probably Endomondo, but this is not the only possible choice. Strava is also noteworthy and I would like to compare both applications in this post, show their advantages and disadvantages, which I have observed over few years. In the beggining we can say, Strava is an application that was created primarily for fans of two wheels.
Tubeless on road – Schwalbe Pro One review
Last winter I wrote post about Schwalbe X-One tubeless tyres – fantastic cyclocross tires which I used in tubeless. After that, I decided to try tubeless also on road. Because why not? I read a lot of articles, opinions and reviews of tubeless in road bike and want to check this. There are a lot of potential advantages, but what about disadvantages? Schwalbe X-One 700x33c Tubeless tyres – small review
I use my CX bike everywhere – one time with road wheelset and like road bike, second time with “terrain” wheelset and as gravel, in forest, meadows and fields. Very difficult things with this second adoption are tires. It isn’t mountain bike with front damper, with very wide tires. Our body, our arms are responsible for taking strokes. There is also traction problem – we must use tires, which will be good in all conditions in which we cycle. And we can’t use MTB tires in gravel or CX bikes, there is not enough space for that. The choice is not easy, but I decided to write small review of tires which I use.
